Love Poem #95
You're My
Heart
by Primrose
Among Arabian sands, breaking the silence of the seas,
I bore the music that sang in my heart,
of unknown modes of being, or over my thoughts
but woodland pleasures of harmony,
that played and played,
until soft air fanned the cloud apart
you put a seed in my heart and adorned me in this
worldly abode
like lovers prayers you conveyed me among the stars
no one claimed to know you.
but since you are l, l know you.
from your heart, l warmed my hands and face
and a sweet mood followed where pleasure likes to pay
tribute,
to ease and secure our joys we face
l followed a path and moved along shades in gentleness
of heart
with your gentle hand on mine,
l felt my soul pass and shine in my eyes
stop here, l cried, that we may pass together.
what love do, l bore to you as l have passed that
melancholy dream
and held heaven infinitely in the palm of my hand
until my heart spoke to yours in a dream
a second beat, l seem to love you more
l traveled among countless earth less years,
only to find out that you're my heart'.
