We May...

We may never see another sunrise,
so I need to say this to you,
I knew the moment I looked in your eyes,
you had these feelings too;
Tomorrow holds promises unspoken,
that always need to be said,
If we can let go of circumstance,
we may just please ourselves.....

Endless pools of passion,
are hiding in your eyes,
Staring into them,
I lose all meaning of time,
Sly little smiles,
curve the corners of your mouth,
How can I express this feeling,
God help me sort this out....

Minutes turn to hours as I look into your soul,
And then the time arrives
when one of us must go,
We sadly say so long, but never a good bye.
